The June Bug Center has many available areas to rent at an hourly rate. Our facilities are kept clean and maintained for all our renters. Fill out the form below to contact us about renting our space.
THE BLACK BOX THEATRE
The Black Box Theatre has 80 seats available for events. The lobby as well as two bathrooms are available when renting this space.
CAPACITY: Up to 90 people
RATE: $35.00/hour
THE MEDITATION ROOM
The Meditation Room is the ideal place for your meditation or small group meetings. A beautiful space with plenty of natural light. It currently has comfortable seating for 10 with the potential for more.
CAPACITY: Up to 20 people
RATE: $25.00/hour
THE MAIN BUILDING LOBBY
The Foyer is an open entry and lounge with a box office, bar and concessions area. This is the main entrance to the Black Box Theater. The space is ideal for socializing and enjoying a beverage or snack before the show begins or during intermission, with direct access to a restroom.
CAPACITY: Up to 50 people standing, seats 12
RATE: $30/hour
THE LAVENDER ROOM
The Lavender Room is the ideal place for a very small group or one-on-one meetings. A beautiful space with plenty of natural light. It has been used in the past for chiropractic and masseuse renters.
CAPACITY: Up to 5 people
RATE: $25/hour
* Note there is a $20 cleaning fee per room unless waived by the renter and renter agrees to fully clean space.
*There are setup fees for tables and chairs as well as breakdown fees.
Set up fee = $25 and Break down fee = $25.
The June Bug Movement Arts Dance Studio is an ideal place for dance, yoga, instructional, and therapeutic classes and programs of all kinds. The main studio is equipped with full-length mirrors, sprung dance floors, a room size roll out mat, blue-tooth speaker, and ballet bar. There is a comfortable waiting area, accessible to a restroom and Men’s and Women’s dressing area with restrooms. The facility has additional mats and equipment available for use.
RATE: $25/hour
THE MOVEMENT ARTS STUDIO
